Before I became a coach, I was stuck in the same cycle—starting strong, burning out, gaining weight, and feeling lost. It wasn’t until I hit my breaking point that everything changed.

I’ve coached athletes, cornered in fights, and pushed my body to the edge more times than I can count.

Becoming a father.

My journey
For years, I was caught in a loop—gaining weight, losing it, then starting all over again.
I worked out, sure… but my habits weren’t dialed in.
Late-night pizza, long nights out, inconsistent routines. I carried extra weight that didn’t feel like me.
Then I became a father—and everything changed.
My time was limited. My energy was drained. I couldn’t afford to waste hours on workouts or jump from one diet trend to the next.
I tried them all: Paleo. Keto. Fasting. Low Carb. But nothing stuck.
Even with my background in the fight game—competing, coaching, and cornering fighters—I wasn’t applying what I knew to my own life. What worked in my 20s had stopped working in my 40s.
And then I hit my breaking point.
Instead of chasing extremes, I made a shift.
I focused on what I could realistically sustain for the long haul—and that’s when everything changed.
✅ I started losing fat without feeling restricted.
✅ I had energy, confidence, and control again.
✅ And for the first time, I didn’t need willpower—I had a system that worked.
